Will (sales) and Scott (service) are two of the most customer centered associates I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. These guys went above and beyond AFTER I had already purchased a car from Beaman. Both Will and Scott carried customer care beyond the point of purchase and helped me feel part of the Beaman family. I will never buy a car anywhere else.
They were very nice and willing to help me. They were attentive to what I was saying about my car, and willing to do whatever necessary to get it fixed immediately. If they needed to keep my car for any extended period of time, they were willing to give me a ride and pick me up if needed, or give me a rental car to use. There service department completed my oil change and service very quickly and had even washed my car for me, all within an hour and a half. I have sat at other service centers for 3 or 4 hours and got far less quality customer service.

Stranded in Nashville and having a horrible experience with Pep Boys on Charolette Pike. I had my truck towed again to Beaman GMC. Anthony took extra special care of my truck and myself, reassuring me that he'd get my truck fixed as soon as they could. And he did! I made it home safely Anthony.
