STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I've had to bring my car back the last few times over something they did not do right, and my car is still not right. I come here because it's right down the street from my work and convenient, but NEVER AGAIN. If I do have to come back over their mistake, I'll be bringing my lawyer. I've never been so frustrated and irritated with a business to write a bad review. If I could give them 0 stars, I would! After reading all the reviews, most of the bad reviews are with the service department. They need to be investigated!
Bought a new Nissan pathfinder. Paid Nissan to do oil changes and tire rotations. At 35000 miles the front tires are bald and the rear tire show scalloping. Took to discount tire,they said tires never have been rotated. Confirmed this with michellen which is the tire manufacturer. Downtown Nashville Nissan will take your money and not perform the service. Followed up with the service manager. No help. He is standing by the fact that that was normal wear and they have been rotated..I urge you to find a different dealership for your service. Look through the reviews and choose Newton Nissan. They are a further drive but they take care of there customers..I regret buying from downtown Nashville Nissan.

BEWARE! This dealership is the most dishonest group of crooks I've ever seen. They post low prices on their webpage because they will never honor them. The promise you maximum discounts and then give you the bare minimum offered by Nissan Co.. This independent franchise won't give you anything buy lies. Beware of your contract. The contract they gave me even had numbers written on the line between boxes so they could say it means one thing before and then something else later. They will lie to you and say that the numbers mean something else so that they can charge you thousands of dollars more. They did it to me and my family. If you look at the review on other sites like Yelp you will see many other who have lied to as well so they could steal you money. BEWARE! Stay away from this dealership!
