Safe House was very flexible in working out delivery and final payment with me. The delivery team showed up and within five minutes had the safe in my home, a few minutes later they were gone and the new safe was sitting in our home secure. I cannot be any happier with the level of professionalism, knowledge and genuine good nature of the owners. I will be a repeat customer should the need for another safe ever comes up.
Have been dealing with these guys for over 10 years, great company with excellent customer service. Bought two safes from them and they have moved them for me numerous times, saved me a sprained back and a few favors from my friends ! Worth the cost and time savings. This company is great. Really enjoyed working with them through the buying process and the installers were awesome, too. They worked with me through an issue that was going to cause me to potentially downsize my safe. I had already gone down two sizes and didn't want to go any smaller, and they came up with a solution to get the safe where I needed it. No reason to buy a safe anywhere else, as far as I'm concerned. When I'm ready for another one, I'll be coming to see these guys again.
Walked in and was welcomed, the people there are friendly enough and willing to answer questions. However their safes are very expensive. I've been able to find the exact same safes we were looking at for hundreds of dollars less brand new and delivered online.
