I bought a 2017 Tri-Glide. The salesman named Shane was excellent as was the dealership. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood the bike and all the documents. They made me feel very comfortable. I recommend them to all.

Bought my first new bike from this place off showroom few months ago and loved everything about this place but then got quoted for some parts and installation and brought my bike to get it done a month later and they never gave me a answer on the price just said they’d take care of me on it when I dropped it off, then get a call that it’s ready and the price was $200 more than the quoted price for the exact same thing in original quote. The excuse was that they sold the parts since it had been a month and they had to reorder them. If I had known it was going to be $200 to “reorder” parts I wouldn’t have gotten it done. So will not be returning or sending any business to ROF Harley ever again. If I can’t trust someone to keep their word on something that simple how am I supposed to trust them with anything else they say.

I would like to take this time to Thank Harley Davidson Ring of Fire in Madison Tennessee. They demonstrated top level Service that I have never experienced before. In my travels June 24, 2017 from Canada to Nashville. Bike broke down on Saturday the day before departing back to Canada, they did everything in there power to get me back up and running.
