Pool selection, horrible service. Walked in, walked out.
Went there today to replace the battery in my watch. The 2 employees at the counter said they weren't doing batteries this weekend. I asked why and they said it's Labor Day weekend and staffing. I was stunned. It was 10:30 a.m. and I was the only customer in the store. I drove all the way over there just to get a new battery and they didn't even care. Gave them 1 star but received calls from the district manager and store manager who were both very gracious and made things right with a new watch.
Took my tan leather band watch in for a batter replacement. Watch was dropped and crystal screen was cracked. They offered to send the screen out to be replaced by Metro Services. Got back my watch and the band was extremely dirty. I called Metro Services to find out why the band was so dirty and requested a replavement. They sent me a fake leather band that looked like cheap alligator skin. I will never go to that store for anything except to buy something brand new.
Have never bought a watch here. But, I have bought purses and wallets and a leather messenger bag here. I have never had problems with customer service at this store. Why is it called a watch store? They have more bags here than watches. I love fossil and some of my best have come from this store. The sale they have going on now is crazy. I'm buying as much as i can.
I went in for a new battery and was given back a broken watch. Employee who changed the battery said she didn't do it. Um, well I gave it to you put together and you gave it back to me with a missing link so obviously you were responsible. "Manager" Zach stepped in and with two dumbfounded people looking at me and after stating that this was not OK, I was told that they could order a new link TOMORROW and could come back to the mall then to have them fix it or have the link shipped to me, and once again come back to the mall to have them put it on. Both would be inconveniences to me, of course. Zach then stated we could get just pick a new watch out so we began to do that when he magically found the link in the back where the employee had changed the battery. Good grief, I'm planet earth have we met? With this being the only Fossil store in the area now, let's hope we can get some competent employees and managers at this location. Very dissatisfied with the form of "customer service" I received.
