I had a wonderful experience here! This is the first bike I've bought brand new and I couldn't be happier with the purchase or the staff involved. I've had the bike less than two weeks and already almost 600 miles on it. (It's a 2017 Yamaha r6) I can't stay away. As far as the staff, excellent. The salesman I spoke with was Dylan, and he was a great help. Sent me pictures through text, made sure I knew everything I needed to know and to this day I can still text him if I have any questions and he still helps me out. Ken in finance was great and helped make sure to find me the best deal possible! They lowered the price for me and made sure I was a happy customer. Great job guys. I definitely recommend this place
Picked up an fz-10 from them this morning. Overall a great experience and got a great deal. Ash did a great job with everything. They even held the bike an extra week for me due to a mishap with my bank. Thank you gents.
Salesman would not answer question about price of accessories on floor model. I kept asking about fees and taxes but they continued showing us just what it was selling for before taxes and fees. Sales manager did not even come out of his office to introduce himself and he was no more than 15 feet away. He did manage to humiliate his female staff in front of us. He was barking orders at her but in the end, she was correct that he need to take a call because it was important. He did and it was important. While we were walking out there was black man who still was trying to get some help. My wife and I were annoyed with how things were being conducted. We agreed we did not want to deal with this store. Went to Clarksville. Same model with more accessories was apx. $2000 less with taxes and full disclosure of costs.
Fantastic staff. Very helpful behind the parts counter. Lots of cool eye candy. Fair to deal with.
Had sales man Ash help me out, I actually went to the Nashville location, since I rode my bike in from Knoxville, he stops what he is doing and comes and picks me and the bike up, bike on trailer we get back to the dealership and I was in and out in 30 min. Great guys I will buy from you all again! Thanks guys.
