The staff is friendly and helpful. Great selection of food, treats, chew toys, etc. If you need something for your pet, they probably have it!
We had an amazing experience adopting our pup from them last year, and we go back all the time! Their pet store stocks VERY high quality items, including Kong brand, and their grooming staff was exceptionally patient with both of our dogs, who HATE getting nail trims. Everybody there is friendly and helpful. To top it all off, they have a truly great mission, providing job training, support, and housing to young folks who have aged out of the foster care system, while helping abandoned pets find homes.
Great location, clean, friendly, and plenty of parking space. ... $10 for 10 minute self wash. (I only needed about 5 mins for a 50lb short hair). ... The biggest thing that I loved is that you can use a lower water pressure setting here. Other places only have the high powered sprayer that can scare timid dogs and isn't always necessary for short haired dogs. You can also get a high water pressure setting here too but I didn't try that one out; I used the 'shower' setting and it was perfect. The shampoo and conditioner all comes from the sprayer so it is quick and easy to use. The Water/Soap system is set up similar to what you would find at a car wash, except you can choose the lower water pressure 'shower' setting if your dog is like ours. There is even a blow dryer hose if you need to blow away some of the water before towel drying.
