We have evacuated from Florida because of Hurricane Irma. We needed a place for our dog for day care and perhaps overnight boarding. The Dog Spot West was recommended to us and WOW!! We are so very fortunate to have found them. Haven, Mike and everyone there made us feel so welcome. They went above and beyond in understanding our situation and helped in so many ways. After driving for over 15 hours and not knowing what the storm will bring, this outpouring of support from a business that we just encountered brought tears to our eyes. We will be here for awhile - not sure how long and we are so grateful to know that our Lucy (our dog) will be well taken care of and loved by these amazing people. Thank you Dog Spot!!!!

We have been bringing our small Australian Shepard to the Dog Spot West for about a year. They continue to welcomed her with open arms. They know her name and the staff is always friendly. Today, I dropped her off for grooming- the staff made me feel at ease about leaving her. I really appreciate their kindness and love for the dogs.
Asked over the phone about day care for dog and individual on the phone said as long as the vaccinations were done. I drive there with my kids and dog and when I show the vaccinations required by Colorado law, she stated that is not enough. Individuals who answer the phone need to give detailed information because I drove over here only to get different information in person. Wasted trip and wasted my time. Very rude staff! Take your dog to The Farm instead, very friendly staff and understand differences in state requirements. More expensive, but my dog is worth the extra expense knowing she isbeing taken care of by friendly and caring staff.
They always make sure the shot records are up to date and I enjoy the webcam. Boarding two dogs can get spendy. Grooming and bathing available too. They have a good groomer.
