The team at Mid State Sports has really made an impact at this park. You need to check out the sport opportunities they offer to both our youth as well as adults! Great services to our community.
I go to Douglass Park several times a year for sports and it's great!! Mid State Sports faciliate sports leagues there. I've played in a few sand volleyball leagues there with MSSL and my kids play soccer there with MSYS.
Amazing park and amazing staff who keep it up. I would highly recommend it!

It's really improved over the last few years. The fields are well-maintained.
The park used to be really run down, but in the last two years it's really changed a lot with the soccer fields, sand volleyball courts and the playground. If Metro Nashville would just add some water fountains, it would be the perfect spot!!!
