Huge park for dogs to run free - I like that large and small dogs are separated. Most people are great at picking up after their dog, but watch your step regardless. Water is provided via fountain for most of the year, but bring your own in the winter.
Corn (canned, frozen or fresh)
Really impressed with the size of this dog park. Our dog loved spending time here while we were visiting family in Nashville. It was also nice that the humans here were friendly and understood dogs being dogs.
Wide open spaces to run your dog and let him/her play and burn off some energy. Not too many trees or shade opportunities but they do exist. This pace makes it perfect for that stroll or even to play a little fetch of frisbee as the length and width of the park is really big.
Frozen peas (defrosted)
Seeds (including birdseed or other varieties)
Duck pellets (sold online and at pet stores)
Lettuce, other greens (torn into small pieces)
Oats (rolled or instant)
Nice park. It can be melancholy, or it can be invigorating. It's really up to you. It's a nice setting. It's as pleasant as the weather. Also don't feed ducks bread. It's bad. Feed them
Perfect for a jog or stroll.
Our dog’s favorite dog park! We go here almost everyday. The actual park itself doesn’t have anything special (mostly dirt and hilly), but there is usually a good amount of dogs in various sizes for him to play with. People are kind/easy going. There is also a water fountain in the warmer months.
