My fiancé and I love going to this dog park; however, it's really annoying that people bring their kids here. The list of rules posted at the entrance clearly states NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10!! One of my dogs likes people and other dogs, but is scared of small children and if the rules say no children under a certain age, people should honor that. They can take their kids anywhere, but dog owners have limited opportunities to let their dogs play with other dogs. Ive seen other dogs chasing small toddlers. It's just bad parenting to bring young children here.
A great place, just keep an eye on your dog. Have seen a few people smoking. A nice place for dogs to play and have fun.
Just bring your dog and watch them play and run. I think this is the best dog park in Nashville. Super friendly dog owners too! Water faucet is closed from December 1st until the Spring.
Park was nicer when they had trees and grass, now its mainly dirt and mud. We go because its close to the house, if there was another around we'd stop going to this one. People bring aggressive dogs to this park and leave them unattended. We had one that wouldnt leave our dog alone, kept coming back, we ended up just having to leave. No owner in sight, no one even close to paying attention to this mean big dog and no collar to even help get him off our dog. Must be careful if you go here.
Super spacious! My dog absolutely loved it and so did I! Be sure to bring some water with you. The fountain is out but other than that it is so much fun.
