I use to order from them twice a week until about two weeks ago when they messed up my grubhub order by not actually filling it. I had to call them and they said they forgot about it. Two hours later they sent the guy to the wrong building with my food so I gave up. They were completely unapologetic and did nothing to fix the issue.
Got 15 wings, 3 different flavors, large waffle fries - all for delivery. Delivery arrived within the promised windows, wings were appropriately warm , large, cooked through, and flavorful. The only disappointment was the fries seemed overdone - way too crispy - and cold. Always difficult to get fries to travel well. Overall though, wings were very good. I would definitely order again.
Do NOT order delivery. Food is okay, but if you order delivery you’ll be stuck with no communication from the restaurant, being put on hold when you call, and never quite sure where your food Is. 2 hours after you order, and 1 hour after the expected delivery time, someone will show up at your door with lukewarm wings in the wrong sauce, but it’s 3am already and there’s no point in sending them back.
Terrible food, worse service. If your employee’s attitude is going to be that bad, at least make sure your food is worth the wait.
The food is wonderful. I can personally say that its one of my favorite chicken places in the US. I love chicken and have been to many many places. Its all cooked tonorder, cooked healthfully, and the staff is all super nice! If you come to Nashville its a must have.
