So I ran some quick errands and returned around 11:25. By this time people were coming, trying the door and leaving. There was a long line in the drive thru. As I waited the reviews played in my mind. 11:30 came and went and the reviews played louder in my head. I left at 11:40. I'm sure if the food trucks hadn't arrived they'd need time to actually COOK the food. I didn't want to chance it. I didn't want to pay for bad customer service and rushed food. I think I'll pass on Panda Express all together.
Probably the worst orange chicken I've ever had. I've been to other Panda Express locations several times and the orange chicken was great! It was fresh just not tasty. The service was fast and friendly. The beef and broccoli was good.
Well, it's true. I read the reviews before going but decided to give it a try anyway.
They were supposed to open at 11:00 and when I got there, there was a note on the door saying that they were opening 30 minutes late because the food trucks hadn't arrived yet.
This is the SLOWEST restaurant I’ve ever been to. I have been sitting in the drive through for thirty minutes. I’m still here. I haven’t even ordered yet. Great food but hire more people already.
The manager Stephanie is awesome! Always so helpful and very nice. This is a good, quick, clean favorite of ours.
I placed my order online. I left work (literally next door) 2-3 mins before the quoted "ready" time (about 20 mins after online order). When I got there and went directly to the "pickup" area (checkout center) - I stood there for about 5 mins before anyone even helped me. I told them I was there to pickup my to-go order. She clearly had no idea what I was talking about (she looked in her register and read my order to me and then said "the string bean chicken is made to order. Do you still want that?" ....Do I still want what I ORDERED AND PAID FOR in advance to be made?? That's why I ordered it...I said yes and that is when they STARTED making it. She didn't compile the rest of my order either (which was hot and ready already and I could have eaten all the way through in the amount of time that I was there while on my lunch break). TWENTY-FIVE minutes later the String Bean Chicken was ready and it sat on the prepped food area while she continued to serve the other customers (about 15/20 people or more got their food while I waited). She then put the SBC in my to-go box and told the chefs that she needed more Lo Mein now to complete my order. I waited ANOTHER ten minutes for that to be ready as well. I watched her put my order together and to top it all off she gave me the wrong size Lo Mein that I just waited for - a small instead of a large. I reminded her that I ordered a large and she exchanged it but looked annoyed. What a waste of my entire lunch break. Also, I got no receipt (which based on the sign means my entire meal should have been free) - I didn't have time to bother asking for my money back at that point. :(
