Our waitresses was in training. God knows she needs all the help she can get. Hopefully she will find a better job more suited for her, cause a living at this restaurant ain't gonna happen.
Food wasn't that good. All 3 steaks where cooked wrong. Only the Chicken Parmesan dish was good. By the time it was served it was starting to get cold.
Manager on duty needs to get employees to do their job, alot of chaos going on.
Not happy this visit.
Just as soon as we walked in the door I knew we should have turned around. The place smelled of old urine and there was a guy by the door smoking a cigarette. Gross.!!! The food was cold when we got it. And I felt sorry for my so called burger. I think the single at Wendy's has more beef.
Waitress was friendly at first, we told her we were waiting for 2 other people that got stuck behind a wreck on the interstate. She brought the drinks and appetizers and when the others got there 20 minutes later she took her time coming over for drink order. It went downhill from there. She stayed away from our table and wouldn't even look in our direction at all. After bringing our steaks she only came back to bring the check. Manager on duty had to bring refills, extra butter and had to get the waitress to bring the check.
Great food and great service. The appetizer was the best I've ever had. (Wild west shrimp) the restaurant it's self is as clean as any I have eat at.
My first time at this location. Heather was amazing! The food was fantastic! My date and I were blown away by the laughter coming out of the kitchen as most places you hear yelling. Very impressed by the manager bringing out the entrées and asking if everything looked great instead of just walking around and asking as well! Even though we didn't have to wait long this time around, if there ever is a wait, I will completely understand! You can definitely tell the staff takes extra care on the QUALITY of the food, customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant.
Our visit here couldn't have been better. I've worked in food service for around 25 years and have come to expect the level of service I provide to my own customers. I can't say this often for other restaurants but we received A+ service during our visit. The place was very clean, super friendly staff, perfectly on point waitress (Heather, you really took great care of us), and the food was amazing. Cheers to the kitchen staff for the most delicious burger I've ever tasted! Thanks to the entire staff for getting it so right
This establishment is run the way I would like to see more places being run! Please keep this up! Will definitely be back again!
