Food is what you'd expect for these types of chains - average with above average prices but this particular one had poor service. But the unfortunate thing was our waitress. We went early so there were few occupied tables and plenty of at staff. Sadly, our waitress forgot my side order of fries - even after a second time - I just gave up and ate from my kids plate. After starting into our food she offered to refill some of our drinks but then, she forgot again. By this time however most tables were full. Sadly (again), I suspect it was because an off duty waitress showed up sat in the booth next to us - our waitress then and joined her to chit-chat for several minutes. I couldn't help but notice the neighboring tables looking around for their food, drinks, etc. I tipped 10% instead of my usual 20% - but I feel like I really let her off the hook. I'm sure she's a nice enough person and was maybe just having a bad night.
I have given Buffalo Wild Wings chance after chance. Everytime I leave I swear I'll never go back. I used to really like it. To me the quality of food has gone way down hill since it first opened.
This is a good place to eat. The food is warm, the people are friendly, and the staff is well mannered. I have been here a couple of times and the waiters are good, every now and then a roten apple but that is rare. The tv views are excellent. The only issue is the bartender needs a helping hand. One bar tender for 12-15 people is not enough.
Adrian the waitress was amazing! Don't even remember what I had to eat!! She made what ever it was great! Funny , adorable, and 10wks from having her lit girl but moved around the house like she was on fire. Great lunch thx to her
The wings were finger licking tasty and the service was friendly. There is a licenced bar and a great atmosohere. This is a place I would return to.
