Very good food. Typically has good service. They have gluten free pasta options which helps my fibromyalgia. Highly recommended.
My sister and I took our 3 nieces to eat at bell road. Waited 15 min for a table, then 15 to get a drink order in, which we stopped waiter to ask why. Drinks never came for 10 min. Stopped Someone else. Watched as other people came in and were already being served. Asked to see manager, which took few min. So we just left. Manager met us on the way out and he had nothing to say . Very sad. It was our nieces 10 birthday. Won't every be back to this location!
I have been to this location twice, both visits have just been ok. The first time we went and they we're understaffed for lunch. A party of 8 was a 45 minute wait and many people left outside our group instead of waiting.
The second visit was better on the wait time, however, the food I received was cold when served, which did not taste as good.
Haven't been to Olive garden in a long time and didn't know what to order. The manager was doing random table visits and offered suggestions to me. I ended up ordering what she suggested, chicken parmesan, and it was amazing. Our server was fantastic and added to the overall amazing experience.
