WOW....I cannot believe that this place is allowed to remain open. I ordered because they are open late. That's because they don't care. They only want to rip you off. They told me my pizza was not enough for delivery, so I added cheese sticks. COLD and nasty. The pizza is cardboard garbage. I ordered sausage and mushroom. No mushroom. Guy on phone says, I made it myself and there is mushrooms. LIE. He agreed to send me another. Seriously doubt I will receive it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. SAME PEOPLE THAT CALL AND SAY THEY ARE FROM THE IRS. I HOPE THEY ARE RUN OUT OF TOWN. Just horrible horrible people and company. I wish nothing but the worst for them. Karma well punish you pieces of human garbage.

The guy making my salad used his bare hands. Yuck! He insisted that he washed them, but having not witnessed that, I wasn't going to take a chance. It is a health department regulation that gloves must be worn while preparing Ready-to-Eat Foods. I was a little skeptical ordering from them seeing that they had a score of 91. I asked for my money back.
-Quoted 45-60 minute delivery, took 75 minutes and when calling they didn't seem to care. Just said "you gotta wait"

It was alright. Not amazing. Very original. I asked for cheese and bacon on French fries. What I get? Regular French fries. Thanks PIZZA FACTORY! UR AMAZING! 0.o
Definitely not as bad as the other reviews. It was delivered 25 minutes after being ordered, and everything was right and hot. Could've tasted better, but not bad at all.
