I walked in and placed an order at the counter. They said it takes 6 to 8 minutes for a pizza and they were honest, maybe ten. It was great. I got half one kind and half another. The pizza had fresh ingredients, the chicken may have been suspect, but the pizza was so good I didn't notice. Very flavorful pizza!! Some of the most satisfying I've ever had. Yes I've had better, but for 12 bucks, pretty much unbeatable.
The reason I'm knocking it down to three stars is because whenever I went in there this evening, one of the dudes working there (he seemed like some sort of supervisor) was being absolutely horrendous to another employee. Like, yelling, saying really hurtful things. The atmosphere was painful, and everyone in the back was just yelling and berating one another while I stood 6 feet away listening. Another lady came in while I was waiting and she and I exchanged knowing looks, followed by a shrug while a symphony of yells came from the back. It would be different if the comments made weren't so mean-spirited but this legitimately reminded me of things I've seen on Kitchen Nightmares (another guilty pleasure of mine).
My son and I enjoyed a large pizza however it was a little heavy on the cheese. The jalapeno poppers were great too. The guy up front was professional and polite
I rated this restaurant 5 stars in the past, however, after today, I'm knocking it down to three stars.
It was great! However, when I went to pick up my order, the guy at the desk barely spoke to me. The kitchen manager spoke to me most, so I left him the tip. I let the guy sitting at the desk know that the tip wasn't for him, since he didn't speak to me. Then I ran into the door on the way out... karma's on me! But really the pizza and salad were great!
We ordered delivery and got two combo grills which were absolutely fabulous!!! Great food and fast delivery! Love it!!!
To make it clear - the pizza here is my guilty pleasure. It's awesome. I shouldn't eat it, but I eat it, and it's wonderful. They put the PERFECT amount of sauce, cheese, everything - it's baked evenly and I never have to go back over with a pizza cutter because it wasn't cut all the way. No complaints about the pizza itself - it's not gourmet but it's pretty darn good.
Overall - pizza is great but made by really, really unhappy employees with really, really unpleasant supervisors in a very angry environment.
