I have ALWAYS been a fan of this place until my recent experience. After checking their website to determine if they would deliver to my house - which their website said they would, I placed an order online. They called me after my order and said they would not deliver my order because I lived 2 miles further away than they allow. Very disappointed! Update your website to reflect an accurate delivery zone.
Rude customer service. Those who said the place was clean must have not used the restroom! The dining area is fine but the restroom is TERRIBLE! There was urine all over the floor and the toilet was filthy! To top it off there was NO SOAP! How do the employees wash their hands with no soap after using the 1 restroom in the building? I was so disgusted I threw my food straight in the trash. I did get to taste it before I went to the restroom and it was mediocre at best, I did not care too much for the tomato sauce in the pasta.
Over the years I have order for this place multiple times and the food and service has always been excellent. Today I ordered and the the delivery driver had the nastiest attitude, snatched the money out of my hand and threw the change at me. I called the restaurant and the manager wasn't trying to hear what I was saying... he hung the phone up on me. I will never order from this place again, ever in life.
Food is alright, won't order again though. Upon realizing that the delivery had exceeded the original timeframe I called to check for a status. Was told it would be here soon & it was. Unfortunately, the driver was apparently irritated about the inquiry & confrontationally told me that I shouldn't expect them to be here within 45 minutes because of traffic & their location from my home (maybe 12-15 mins away). It was definitely a terrible & baffling experience considering I hadn't even complained!! I called to report the incident & was told by the manager that "the drivers don't understand or speak English very well so they don't know what they're saying."
I tried their pizza it is good the owner is From Uzbek which is this not real Italian pizza it is mix some Uzbek and Italian flavor! Which makes this place different from other places so Please you can come and try pizza here it has a good tast
