Ordered at 1:00am food came at 1:45

Ordered 828 through GrubHub it stated pizza would be here by 930. Finally had to call restraunt at 945. Spoke with someone I couldn't real understand, but it said he would be here in about 10 minutes. When he arrived 10 minutes later our pizza must have been ready for sometime because it was cold. The cheese and all the veggie we're dried up! The only thing which was a lil warm was the cheese bread. Very disappointing, didn't even try to eat more than one piece. $33.00 gone to waste.

I would like to thank the owner for replying however the manager stated he was going to refund my order which he never did it took me until yesterday to finally dispute that with my card hopefully your manager did not mean don't ever call the place again as that experience put a bad taste in my mouth on otherwise a good experience the first time I used your location but I do want to thank you for your reply and I'll take that into consideration in the future
I have had one good experience with this location but I tried to place an order tonight and it was the worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant received a confirmation stating my food would be here at a certain time food ended up arriving 30 to 45 minutes late the sandwich that I ordered was made incorrectly and did not include the chips that their website said would include the pizza was cold I tried calling the restaurant and asking for a manager I voiced my displeasure I was given the excuse and I understand it is Friday night that it is very busy and I said I understand that but at least my order could be right when my food is 45 minutes to an hour late and it was cold the supervisor didn't really mind her care what did offer me a $5 credit and I asked him would he pay for food that was sent to him 45 minutes to an hour late cold and made incorrectly I ask them to refund my money which has not been done as yet and was told by the manager we will refund you but don't ever call here again very poor customer service very poor service at all really disappointed cuz I was really pleased with my first order but tonight I will never order for this location again and I will be calling my credit card company in the morning to dispute the charge for food that was delivered cold and incorrectly and the manager said they would remake it but it would be several hours before I got mine didn't really care just said will refund your money don't ever call here again it's very sad cuz they're very promising but I would suggest looking somewhere else if you're going to order takeout or delivery this is definitely not the place you want to call
Very dissapointing. Burnt bottom crust. Papa John's does a better Job! If you want Real NYC Pizza your better off going to 5Points, 2boots... I have to go into see manager in the afternoon to get a refund.
Got 2 pizzas from these guys and the verdict is as follows: Friendly service, super clean restaurant, non-greasy pizza, and great taste. Anything less than 5 stars means the reviewer has no taste buds. Keep up the good work!!!

Used my $15 store credit to order Greek salad, garlic knots and chocolate cake. Delivery arrived sooner than expected and manager was very kind and patient while I ordered. Just one suggestion, would LOVE it if you guys added a couple seasonal soup options for fall/winter :)
