Would be nice if each order of pizza came with garlic sauce it's a must kinda disappointed I always get the garlic sauce but tonight I guess not pretty bummed
If zero stars was an option I would have chosen it. Ordered from here at least half dozen times and it never fails that the pizza is late and cold and often the wrong pizza. When we try calling to complain you can never get through. Never have this problem with papa johns in other cities or even other locations in this city. The west end papa johns is terrible. Surprised big papa allows it to continue to operate in this manner. It has a two star rating for a reason and never again. Of course they will offer up a free pizza if you can ever reach someone...but why would anyone want a free cold wrongfully cooked and late pizza? No thanks.
We love this pizza, but you are basically taking your life in your hands trying to exit the parking lot. If my wife's car weren't supercharged, she'd be flatter than one of your pizzas right now.
There driver Jack on nights always delivers quick and accurate he has never forgotten anything on my orders. Plus he always has a smile on his face.
I've always enjoyed Papa John's but NOT at this location. They never pick up the phones and ONLY after the fourth time trying to call and place an order someone picked up the phone (I could hear them )and then they hung the phone right up on me . when you do order the food is subpar ,under cooked ,and very bland. Very surprised for such a high popular location !! they need to improve drastically on their customer service, delivery times and their food in general .
