Dr. Jane has been my physician for approximately 15 yrs. There is not a m.d. in Nashville like her. She actually saved my family. Takes so much time and interest with one and hooks you up with the best doctors in Nashville for treatment as my case heart disease. A very unique and caring physician. She cares and does something about it. Best of Luck in getting an appointment--it is worth the wait, should you have too. P.S. she is not a 5 min. med management pill pusher--so dont go to her just for pills.
I've been seeing Dr. Weinberg for many years now, and as most have mentioned, the wait can be long. However, I don't remember any doctor's office where you actually get to see them on time.
Her office help is always friendly, and the waiting area is comfortable. I actually consider her my primary care physician since she knows me well enough to more accurately diagnose other things a few doctors dismissed or didn't know about. She'll stop what she's doing to help, making calls to insurance companies, or to get information for referrals.
I can't imagine going to anyone else, and for anybody intimidated about seeing a psychiatrist, I would recomend giving Dr. Weinberg a try.
