Terrible & irresponsible. I had surgery with Dr. Crook at may 4th to fix a turbinate issue. Instead of just fixing my turbinates he decided to also take a large amount of cartilage from my nose and now my nose is crooked. Dr. Crook refuses to fix his mistake.
