Greatest visit to an Urgent Care facility ever! Receptionist, nurse and doctor are amazing! Checked in online and they called me when I was next in line. No wait time at the office. Will definitely go back if needed!
This was the best urgent care facility I have ever been to. Showed up on a Sunday morning while in town for a wedding. Both myself and my 5 year old feeling awful. Front desk outstanding! It was quick to get back and then the nurse and doctor were amazing. If I lived in Nashville this is the only place I would go! Thank you for helping us stay healthy when we needed it most!!
I was just in and out of this facility in under 30 minutes - I have never experienced such quick attention from an urgent care facility. Tammy and Collette, the medical staff that saw me were great too!
Signed in online and arrived within 10 minutes. Walked in and front desk was attentive and very friendly. Answered all my questions. Within 10 minutes was called back by Tammy, MA- who also was very friendly and efficient. Treated by Collette Utley, NP, who I found to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and warm. Never expected to be in and out of a walk-in clinic so fast. My experience was a 10! Highly recommend if you want to get fast, courteous treatment in a warm environment!
I'll be honest, I get pretty emotional when I am sick. So, I was already a bit weepy, and then right before I turned into the clinic parking lot, this impatient jerk started blaring his horn at me. I usually don't let those things bother me, but my sickly self got a bit upset. But when I walked into the office I immediately felt welcomed. I really felt that everyone there genuinely cared about me and wanted to do everything they could to make me feel comfortable.
I cannot say enough good words, honestly everyone was just so incredibly friendly. They even called me the next day just to see how I was feeling!
