I've always had great experiences here. My doctor is so great that I drive 45 minutes to see her! I also love that I can request an appointment online!
We are newer to Nashville and this practice. My children got the most thorough exam they've ever had. In addition, I was able to choose a female for my girls and male for my son. There is a well waiting area away from sick patients. The front staff is kind and patient along with the treating staff. I have kids ranging from teenagers to 10 month old and they have been professional and attentive to all. They've also been patient with my crazy questions answering all of them!!
Doctors are very nice and good with our son. Will recommend to anyone.
I arrived early for my new patient appointment and was the third person in the waiting room. As I filled out my paperwork other patients arrived and were promptly seen soon after checking in. I noticed after the fifth person that other people were being called before me. I asked the front desk about this and they said those patients were seeing other providers. They offered to check on the status of my appointment while I continued to wait. Again more people arrived and were seen promptly as I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time. Finally I said I needed to leave and a refund and all of a sudden miraculously the nurses were about to call my name. My frustration lies in the fact that a total of 8 patients were seen before me and there were only 5 providers in the office (including my doctor). The excuse that was given was an insult to my intelligence. I find it unprofessional and unwelcoming to have new patients arrive early and then wait well past their appointment time as they see others get called ahead of them. The staff was friendly though so I couldn't be too mad.
