The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. It's like they didn't want me to make an appointment.
Today is August 07th.
Next available appt isn't until mid January. Lady on the phone was very rude and not friendly, and didn't say her name as a good receptionist should. Robotic. Like she was ready to say "next appt isn't until January"
Way be on auto pilot lady with no name.
the staff is awesome! they are fast, and nice! never have to wait too long, and they take care of me everytime!
I have been seeing Dr. Evers for 6 years and she has always been great. She has always been hard to get into but that is a sign of how good she is.
I only saw Dr. Smith once before moving out of state but I have to say, it was the most pleasant experience with a Physician I have ever had. He was very personable and caring. He didn't make me feel like he was rushing to get on to other patients. He carefully listened to me describe several issues and came up with a treatment plan for each. He doesn't want to mask pain, he wants to actually fix the source of the pain. I would highly recommend him!
