I began seeing Dr. Zhou due to seizures. He literally left no stone unturned. I even had 2 in his office, seizures are very hard to describe. He got me on the right medication and I have been seizure free for 5 months!! Thank you Dr. Zhou! From a Max of 12 a day to 0!!!
Dr.zhou it is a very good doctor. Always taken good care of us and has a very unique but warm bed side manner. He makes you feel like you're a good friend but takes very good care of you seems very concerned I would recommend it anytime

Had to wait for a long time. Was kept telling that the Dr is in the next room and that I would be the next patient for over an hour last week. On enquiring about the delay, i was told that it would take another 30 minutes. Had to reschedule and the same thing happened all over again. Just frustrating. If I need an appointment, I would get an appointment only after 2 months but when they are at fault, they are able get an appointment on the very next day. Will never recommend to anyone due to the frustrations.
Everyone in this office is miserable and hateful all the time. You do not get answers you get prescriptions that do not work and then you have to wait two more months to get seen again for the same issue. They do not listen, they prescribe. They treat everyone like a drug seeker and they are accommodating even when you are not a seeker; however, they will talk to you like you are beneath them (especially the support staff). Take your child to Vanderbilt, where they will try to fix the problem and display empathy genuinely.
