Terrible customer service, unprofessional staff and outdated office. Looks like walking into the twilight zone. I arrived for my appointment only to find it had been rescheduled after they had called me to confirm the date and time.

I was a patient of Dr. Ledbetter for over two years. I had a pleasant experience with their team until recently. The clinic has a severe communication issue with the new dentist Dr. Ledbetter brought on and there isn't a written or document that is given to patients should you be referred out for another procedure that the clinic does not offer. I requested a call from Dr. Ledbetter and was shocked by her unprofessionalism and lack of customer service for a privately-owned clinic. I will not refer any new employees to her nor family or friends. I will be finding a new dentist for dental health.
