I was not aware that my visit was going to be an assessment only. It is very inconvenient I now have to return for a cleaning. I felt I was there an unnecessarily long time considering my teeth were not even cleaned. I also felt unnecessary treatments were recommended even though they are not covered by my insurance. The dentist was very nice but I would not return if it were not required by my insurance.
Everyone in this office is always disarmingly friendly and accommodating. Not only did they do a stellar job at my orthodontia checkup, but they even worked me in for a cleaning, which had been originally scheduled for the day after, saving me a trip. This was extremely thoughtful and appreciated beyond measure. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Embassy Dental. A+ all the way, every time!
The Dental Hygienist here is always very friendly and efficient. She did explain a procedure that I might want to consider. The electricity went down but she was able to complete the work. She had said she would mail the bill but the electricity came back on and the receptionist was kind enough to come to my car to ask if I would like to complete the process so I appreciated that.
I had a crown put on 2 years ago and it recently cracked for no reason. I called the office manager and she said because I hadn't been going to them for my yearly hygiene procedures, they wouldn't replace the crown for me free of charge. That was never mentioned to me at the time of the replacement. She didn't even try to discuss with me a discounted rate on the replacement of the crown. I don't think that is a good way to treat a patient taking into consideration how much I spent that year alone with that office.
I was in pain and I just got online and picked a dentist nearby. They scheduled me right away. Initial visit very pleasant. Staff very friendly. The dr. was very personable and provided superb patient care needs. He will definitely be providing my daughter and my dental needs for the future. I'm glad I chose Embassy!
