So grateful for the emergency attention and care that you showed our family, even though you are not my son's regular dentist. On the holiday weekend, you promptly returned my frantic call, informed me wisely, and followed up compassionately. We had never met, and yet I felt like I had a friend on the "inside."
Today was our first visit to Dr Adams' office. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted in a warm and friendly manner. The front office was kind, patient and helpful. The dental assistants were informative and set my child at ease in the new setting. Dr Adams was excellent at explaining his approach to both me and my child. We look forward to our next visit with Dr Adams and his staff.
Wonderful. Very nice. My daughter hates the dentist, won't open her mouth, they are patient, and don't force her. She went to have a filling done, had to be put to sleep, but the medicine didn't work, it made her ill. They were very understanding and tried to calm her down. Nothing worked so they couldn't do it. We talked about other options instead. They are very amazing.
This office is great. They are very thorough and the hygenists are all awesome. My son loves going because of the video game room. :)
I am happy to say that my lil man is recovering well from the services Dr. Adams provided him with yesterday. He is a 3yr old Spina Bifida patient and had to be sedated in the hospital setting to have a tooth extracted and a few crowns. He woke up cranky but very friendly to the staff, and is making an awesome recovery. Thank you Dr. Adams for taking care of my lil man! I will be back to see you soon!
