Everything went well. The receptionist is the best. I always enjoy seeing her and her greeting me like I'm family and like she is really interested in my well being. I will definitely be going back there again.

My hygienist was really awesome but unfortunately the rest of my experience was not. The dentist has never even looked at my teeth in almost 2 yrs of going there. Was there yesterday for an appointment and after staring at a wall for 35 minutes while I waited for him I had to leave to get my daughter from school. The staff didn't even apologize for my wait when I told them I had to go. I mean at least have TVs on the wall if you are going to leave people for so long or act like you care for others time. I will NOT be going back to this place.
This place is bogus. My experience has been very poor. Look at all of the 5 star reviews that are highlighted on here. Click the profiles of the people reviewing. Most of them are giving 4-5 dentist offices 5 star reviews in the last month or so...they are getting paid for these posts. Don’t believe these sketchy 5 star reviews. Look at Yelp’s reviews on this place and you’ll get the real story—averaging 2 stars not 4.5.
The staff at Embassy Dental was exceptional! My son and I had involved treatment plans. My son needed a root canal and crowns on his front two teeth. I requested a smile design with 6 crowns on the front six teeth and one on a broken back molar. The dr. was warm, compassionate, and had a sincere chair side manner (very important to me). He explained in detail each step of our procedures. My 7 total crowns required quite a bit of numbing--I never felt one injection! While there, I was able to observe the culture of the office and was very impressed with the friendliness, respect and professional language I heard from all staff members, both with other patients and among themselves. There was a positive "team vibe" that made me feel at ease.
