Very awful didn’t even know anything about customer service and they don’t know how is the time valuable for everyone every time you go there you wait for like 2 hours to get in
When I scheduled my appointment here, they changed the time without telling me, even though I had already taken off work. They were rude when I called to fix it, but did fix it. The next time I went I had to wait 30 minutes for the technician with no apology. They were also expensive even with insurance. I changed dentists. The work they did was fine, so two stars instead of one.
Worst experience with a dentist. Had a 3:30 consultation and did not get done until 5:30 without a cleaning. Someone came in after me and was looked at before me. Their hours are terrible for people that work. They then tried to schedule a cleaning for the next month as they had no openings. Will never be back.
