I’ve had highly varying customer service experiences here, but the coffee and food are always good. The new building is cleaner and more modern than its predecessor with a similar location.
A fantastic local coffee shop with great, dark, rich coffee. The atmosphere is everything you want in a coffee with shop with places to escape or places to meet with others. The food is also fantastic. Hubs had balsamic tacos that he loved and I had a Florentine crepe. I also love where it's located. We need more of these unique coffee shops farther south so we don't always have to travel downtown to get a good cup of coffee.
The wait staff is friendly, and the price point is extremely reasonable. I definitely plan to go back.
To me, the ambiance of a coffee shop is just as important as the coffee itself. RB has always had great drinks & a massive food menu, but this new venue is something special! The decor is impeccable and the vibe is energizing. Lots of different seating options (quieter bar section in the back to do work, bigger communal tables for socializing and comfy lounge-y area to relax). The service was fast & friendly and my iced dirty chai was perfect.
Love the new location. Look forward to checking it out when I re-visit Nashville. Especially love the OG bagel sandwich and the relaxed, but efficient staff.
