I do have to give 2 stars, though, due to the fact that I received another charge on my credit card from lulu for a different amount 3 days after I visited (though I had not been back). I called lulu and let them know that there had been an additional charge from themthat I had not authorized. They assured me that they would refund the fraudulent charge.
My first time ... The first impression is the comfortable and fresh atmosphere, quickly followed by the friendly greeting from the staff.
My experiences have been so positive here that I had to share! The staff is super friendly, and the food is delicious (try the chicken salad sandwich). I came here to work, and they assisted me with my wifi issues as well as thanked me with complimentary avocado fries (YUM) just because I moved tables to allow for larger parties. I've never had any restaurant do that! Check them out!
The staff is really friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable... and the food is great!
I tried the Pico (fried rice with sesame, sweet potato, fresh spinach, garlic, cilantro and topped with a fried egg and a subtle touch of ginger. It was a wonderful fusion of flavors. They also run a full bar and offer seasonal drink specials created by their bartenders.
Great food, welcoming atmosphere. Staff was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make our visit pleasant. I will definitely be back!
It has not been refunded though, and I am now having to file a fraud claim with my bank. I am confident that this issue will be resolved one way or another—it’s just really inconvienent and unsettling. I recommend keeping a close eye on your bank account if you chose to dine here (they don’t accept cash).
