Probably one of the better restaurants on premises but still quite disappointing for the price. I tried the breakfast buffet at 7am and the food was already cold and stale. On the plus side the service was fast and friendly, but unfortunately that just couldn't make up for the disappointing fare.
It's resort pricing expensive but service is good and food is fantastic. All you can eat breakfast is especially worth the money
P.S. you can order with Japanese food which feels little funky...
Been before 7 years ago and Gaylord was magnificent. Marriott took over and has gone down hill. Most of staff is from another country, so don't expect southern hospitality. Hostess rude. We are in the hotel business. Unacceptable. Passed and went to Waffle House down the street at McGavock Pike where we were greeted and felt like family. Food was good and we spent half of what we would have spent.
My sister and I entered into the Cascades in the Opryland Resort. Just driving in from Detroit Michigan we were hungry and tired. We were seated at a table and greeted by Patricia. Patricia was the best waitress ever. She made us feel welcome instantly. The food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend This restaurant, the experience and food was perfect. An extra special THANKS to Patricia, you took a few extra minutes to make our dinner a pleasure. .
It was a good restaurant. No doubt. The only thing that holds me back is that it feels little bit overpriced. Just a tiny bit lower price would be perfect for its quality. But still good to experience It!
