Hostess was rude. Couple checked in after us and then left when the wait was longer than the anticipated 15 minutes. Hostess deleted our name and sat others before us that checked in after we did. Then the booth was dirty and I had to clean it before sitting down. Our order was put in wrong so that added to the wait for dinner. Then my dinner was brought out and I had to eat dinner before my husband. His appetizer came out after his dinner came out... really?
Food was great,service was wonderful. Mary was are server she was pleasant and tended to are needs before we could ask...
In the area from North Carolina for job training. Found this restaurant on google maps. Thought I'd give it a try. Nice atmosphere. Music not too loud and good mix. The waiting staff very friendly and prompt. Service was fast and food pretty good. Seafood gumbo delicious. It tastes like real seafood gumbo. Had the ribeye medium well and it was very good.
The food is consistently good. On this trip we did a lot of waiting. Some of the servers stated that our server was new, which is why we waited so long to put in our orders. She was slow and we tried to be understanding. We got through our meal, which was very good, and as she was clearing some of the dishes from the table, she dropped a bowl of honey mustard dressing on and inside my Michael Kors bag. Instead of worrying about my $400 bag she starts cleaning it off the side of the table. I asked her for a wet towel to clean my bag. Instead she handed me a paper napkin that she spayed a little water on. I had to ask her three times for a wet towel so I could clean my bag. It ruined my whole experience!
I rated Rafferty's 4 stars because all my other experiences there have been good. It would have been 5 stars had I not had a bad experience yesterday
We were very disapointed with our food and service tonight . we came in for a birthday and the waiter said that they would bring a ice cream for the birthday girl . that never happens also we had a coupon for a free soda . that never happens the chicken fingers tasted like catfish. We had to wait 10 mins to get mustard for the hamburger the Italian dressing was watered down then when we asked for a different dressing he brings a cup of thousand island to pour over Italian instead of bringing a new salad. Waiter was doing to much soxializing took forever to get refills . will never comeback to this location again.
