The third floor had a party going on, so you can reserve it I guess if you need to.
The rooftop bar was pretty awesome. It was cold when I went and they even had heaters up there so we could enjoy the city view and stay warm!
Music was good, food was good, service was quite fast. My group ordered a bunch of smaller plates to share. We got: the salad, Mexican Street Corn, Hot Chicken nuggets, sweet potato fries, and fried green tomatoes. I would order the street corn again in a heart beat! The chicken was good, but definitely WAY more mild than other places have it in Nashville. The fried green tomatoes were topped with a pimento cheese, which was good but pretty heavy and overpowering. I could have done with about half of the topping they had on each slice. There is a 50/50 shot I would come back if I was in the area again. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing that really makes me want to return either.
There are many "authentic" experiences Nashville offers, and Acme is up there. There are four floors to chose from, but on the day we visited -- post lunchtime on a warm, late Summer Sunday afternoon - we settled in on the street level floor for some fine American Roots music and cold beers. There is a great vibe in the room. The age range of the crowd spanned multiple generations. The service is efficient and friendly. The menu offered a variety of yummy and inexpensive items.
The second floor has sushi! Which may confuse people who are looking for sushi the moment they walk in. I didn't eat it, but it looked pretty good!
The bottom floor is where a lot of live music happens, it had multiple bars for serving. I enjoyed it, and there is room for dancing if that suits your interest.
Went here back in March for lunch and the kids are still talking about it. Find a table 1st, then go up and order your food (when its busy). The menu is short and sweet, but we all managed to find something to try and were pleased with our food. The service was top notch. I ordered a drink that I thought for sure they would not get right and they knocked it out of the ball park. The live music was awesome! It was a jazz singer who had hits from the 60-70's (I wish I could remember his name). But our two 13yr olds and a 15yr old had a blast. They danced and ate. EVERYONE was happy. The roof top deck was incredible! The views are spectacular! Highly recommend checking this place out.
This is my favorite restaurant in downtown. They have very good vegetarian options. There is live music on the first floor, sushi on the second, private events on the third, and a rooftop. The rooftop is my favorite place to eat. You order your food on the first floor and then go to whichever floor you'd like. The rooftop has amazing views of the city. It came be really crammed on holidays and some weekends, but otherwise it's great.
