My husband and I made the mistake of having my sons birthday here. It was the most embarrassing, frustrating experience of my life. Every step of the way I recieved bad customer service, but I did not think much of it. A friend came up to me concerned about her daughter being stared at. It was the Manager doing the creeping. He was leaning his crotch up against the game machines hiding the fact he was TOUCHING HIMSELF!!!!! I watched him for an hour before I was able to tell that is what he was doing and I made all the parents aware we needed to leave. Something needs to be done about this he should not be around children much less in somewhat of a power position! He was the manager at the Opry Mills location around 8:00 pm Wednesday 11/15/17. I took a video of him to show the police, I just hope they actually do something about it.
LOVE Dave and Busters. The food here is severely underrated. Have never eaten anything here that want amazing. Loads of different mixed drinks. Bowing alley. Party rooms for large groups. Game room has tons of diffent ways to waste time. Always make a stop here on any trip to Nashville.
This was my first time here. It seems like a fun place for adults or teens. Kind of like an upscale arcade. My son brought me, and he and his girlfriend go often. The ribs were delicious. The potatoes were surrounded by a cheese sauce. I substituted broccoli for creamed spinach. My son got something called a Caveman that was ribs, sliders, and fries served in a pail. It was a lot of food, most high in calories, though you could get a salad. Our meal for two, including drinks and desert was close to $100. The bowling alley and arcade looked fun, and it wasn't crowded on Tuesday around 2. I get migraines, and had other obligations, so we didn't stay and play.
Atmosphere and service were fine. Drinks were cold but the food is the reason for the pathetic 2 star rating. I ordered a Mac stack sandwich which looked great judging by the menu picture. Shredded beef with sautéed onions and Mac n cheese between two “golden toasted” pieces of bread. To start off the bread appeared to be fresh out of the microwave. Not even close to being a golden brown let alone toasted. Next is the meat or whatever was between the bread. It was not the shredded meat from the picture but closer to a frozen meat patty from a .50 TV dinner. The only part I enjoyed was the Mac n cheese which was only a couple bites. Oh yeah the onions must have fallen off somewhere from the kitchen to the table because they were missing. I’ve had better meals from an easy bake oven. If I do go back I’ll just play games and save up enough tickets to fill my stomach on candy.
THE MANAGER IS A PERVERT!
I am absolutely astounded at the sheer horror of the customer service at this establishment. It was my birthday and I had been to an antique store and a Krystal's and even had a rude server at the Golden Corral but this place takes the cake as the worst service ever given for my mother's money. Our card would not work and instead of replacing the card or giving us a refund they refused all of the above and threatened to call the police if we didn't leave. Even when we left mall cops were sent behind us to ruin our night even more. All over a card they could have replaced or reimbursed! I would DEFINITELY recommend that ANYONE take their hard earned money elsewhere to ensure that this will not happen to you.
