I’ve been here many times and plan to go many more. I usually get Leo’s pasta. Having gluten free pasta is great for the wife. Top off a gluten-less night with the blonde brownie. I love Amerigo’s!

Excellent food! Don't walk in off the street in jeans and a tee shirt like I did. A very nice restaurant and EXCELLENT customer service.

Service was pleasant and prompt. Atmosphere was quiet and refined. Chicken Tuscany and Caesar salad were tasty. There was nothing wrong with my visit. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I reserve that for when there is something outstanding, exceptional or approaching perfection about the experience, and nothing comes to mind that qualifies for my most recent visit.

I lived in Italy for a number of years. My Darling Bride and I met there. So I have a special place in my heart for authentic Italian food... and it's so difficult to find it in America. I found it at Amerigo.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, the experience couldn't have been better. If you want Americanized, mass-produced "Italian" food, there are lots of options for you. If you want the real thing, though, you get what you pay for and a dining experience at Amerigo is worth every dime of the cost.

The ambience is warm and inviting, the service is fantastic, and the food is phenomenal. I had the small calamari and it was enough for two people... and the Spaghetti Carbonara threw me right back to Italy with the first bite.

I would have easy given the food 4 stars and the service was good. The experience itself gets 1 Star. I have heard of this restaurant for years and was looking forward to going. We were part of a party of 12. Our table was literally crammed in between two other long tables. People were already sitting at the tables on both sides of our table and there was barely enough room to get into your chair. The servers could not go behind us therefore they could not reach the middle of the table and we were asked to pass glasses down for refills. It was very awkward when hot plates of food came out and servers are nearly laying over 2 people to reach the middle person. Being that close to the table behind me that I could not enjoy conversation at our table. The management has really handicapped the food and service by trying to cram in as many paying customers as possible. Sad because price point, food, and service would all hit a repeat visit but I would feel good about recommending it to someone as a great experience.
