We had a dark headed waitress Friday 10/13 she flipped around behind the bar never smiling impatiently asking what we wanted—our entire group noticed her extreme frustration not with us clearly with her job and position at Laylas..
Next night we went to Stapleton concert again all meeting at Laylas of all bars we choose Laylas always. Again it was her— I was trying to place an order turned to ask a friend what she would like turned back to nameless waitress pulling the beer and water I ordered to the trash saying I obviously didn’t see how busy she was.
Great music very welcoming! Never disappoints! It's my 3rd time here!
We really enjoyed the live music. They have a small area in front of the stage that is designated for dancing. There’s no cover. We had a couple of drinks here and enjoyed our time. The vibe is great. I would go here again when we go back to Nashville.
If you are inclined to honky tonk, this place does it well. Often crowded, like everything downtown, but they get some good music. Probably more appealing if you're over 25 than under.
Not sure if any of us will ever be back.. Saving our appetite for a PBR was destroyed by her horrible ugly attitude. She obviously hates her job and tourists..
Moments later the security guy made our group leave without reason. Keep in mind we are a mature group 40-50 and over.. all in service related careers..
Most horrible bartender experience any of us have ever had.. very sad that it had to be at Laylas.
spent five days in Nashville and this was bar far my favourite. its like an oasis of calm in the madness which is Broadway. great bar tenders a who talk to customers and make you feel welcome.. will definitely be back when i visit Nashville again.
Always our favorite place—we travel with several couples and many others 15 plus always.. we couldn’t wait to get to nashville and Laylas months turned to weeks to days to hours we were all very excited..
