We always go to this location because it’s the closest to our house (we’ve been to other locations and it’s never been as bad as this one). Some nights are okay, some nights are bad. When we sit at the bar, the food always comes to us EXTREMELY cold as if it had been sitting in the window for quite a while. One time, my chicken was still half frozen internally. We sat at a table the last few times and only ONCE was our service decent. Tonight, we sat and waited for 10 minutes. At least 3 or 4 girls walked past our area and we received absolutely no service, no acknowledgement, and they were no where near busy. There was one girl entertaining a table for the entire 10 minutes, walking from one side to the other to entertain her customers. She looked at us twice. I know this because I looked back at her. There was another girl sitting and talking a few tables behind us and a third girl entertaining a table 2 or 3 tables away from us. This is the WORST service I’ve received from this place, aside from the cold food we always get and the beers that are slow to reach us. Having worked in the restaurant industry, this is unacceptable. We took our service and our hefty tip to Logan’s 4 miles away. Don’t waste your time. LAZY LOCATION.
Coming from Buffalo, this is easily the best wings I've found in nashville so far. There's lots of good places for wings, but these are the top dogs.
This is probably one of the worse Hooters I have ever visited. The hostess was truly rude and tried to put a party of 7 at a 4 seated booth. When we express that the booth just simply wouldn't work her reaction was, "Well what do you want me to do about it?" And then continued to tell us they aren't allowed to push tables together. When we asked for a manager, an other waitress came told us we are allowed to push the tables together. So when we finally were seated, it took almost and hour and half to receive our food after we ordered. And finding our waitress to refill drinks or to get the check was like a treasure hunt, no where to be found!
Chelsey was an absolutely wonderful server. Food was great. We had been on the road for 8 hours when we stopped and the staff was great for boosting our morale to get us ready for the next 10 hours.
The whole place is much better since renovations in 2016. Tv's everywhere, bigger bar, great staff. Come in the summer and you might even catch some beach volleyball going on outside!
Service is extremely slow and i witnessed a waitress/bartender flip off a Muslim customer(with the manager right beside her) as the lady wearing the garb was leaving the restaurant. The manager and employee shared a quick smirk and went seperate ways. I had to explain this to my 13 yr old son!
