Took in a few delicious pints before dinner at this brewpub that offered an incredible selection of local and international beers. To my surprise, I even spotted Collective Arts Stranger Than Fiction craft porter from my home province (Hamilton, Ontario, Canada) on the extensive beer menu. On this evening, the venue was a sea of gold as Nashville Predator fans enjoyed a pre-game meal and beer in their favorite home team jersey. Lively, sports bar vibe. Service was efficient. I will be back for food and more pints.

We visited on two separate occasions and each time the staff was friendly, professional, courteous and they all knew about the beers they served up.

This place has a huge beer selection. They have a fun membership program that allows you to collect points for each beer you drink. At certain levels of membership you are rewarded by having your name mounted to a gold-looking plate that they attach to the walls and ceiling of the restaurant. The food is also great and it is a walkable distance from the downtown honky tonk bars.

A fun, comfortable bar with a massive selection of beers from all over. It's a great place to meet with friends, chat, and find a new favorite. $3 pint Mondays are a great deal, and they have events throughout the year, including themed trivia nights.

I'm going to say it - the best bar/pub to experience many different types of draft and bottled beers in the downtown Nashville area is at the Flying Saucer. Their tap selection is vast and so are the bottled beers. The place is huge but despite being big it does not lose that welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The interior has a unique design with dinner plates encircling the entire place including the ceiling with patrons that have amassed many distinct beer drinking milestones. This place has such an inviting atmosphere and is not pretentious at all, just a wonderful all around experience.

If I could do no stars I would. My husband and I get there 20 minutes after they open. Had to wait about 25mins for our drinks every time we ordered. Then it took over an hour and a half for our food to get there. After we ask for the check we have to wait yet again, our order was only 48$ so we leave $60 cash. He triple checks it, to make sure there's enough $. Then he walks it up to our waitress and gives it to her. We proceed to leave. She runs after us, saying we didn't leave enough $. Knowing DAMN well we did! So we ended up having to give her a extra $20 and she walked away with a $22 tip that she didn't deserve. We are pissed and will NEVER be back to this location..
