I will never take any of my pets back to Value Vet. I used them for everything up until now. I took my cat the was extremely sick to the Gallatin Pike location at 1:30 on a saturday and they turned me away and the only reason i'm guessing is because they closed at 2 and didn't want to deal with my very sick cat! I had to take my cat to another vet and turned out my cat hard heart failure! These people are awful to turn us away just because it was an inconvenience to them! I will never go back to any of their locations!!
