Do not go here! My elderly mother took her dog here. Dr Butler had her bringing her little dog back every 2-3 weeks to “weigh” her. Molly was definitely no where near being overweight. I kept telling mom he was ripping her off- never heard of weighing a dog that often. She said he didn’t charge her, but when mom died a few months ago we found receipts where mom paid him. He indeed did charge her. Over $100 dollars each visit. Even charged for checking stool for blood-EVERY time. Dog never had blood in stool and I know he didn’t check that at every visit. Took advantage of my mom!
Let me just show my appreciation for Dr Roberts. I had to evacuate Florida due to Hurricane Irma and we forgot our meds for our dog. My dog was in miserable pain. Dr Roberts was able to help me and get my dog his medications. Thank you so much! It meant the world to me!
I absolutely loved this vet! Old fashioned! Just what the doctor ordered! 1 on 1 hands on care, no vet techs doing all the work with a 5 min conversation from an actual vet! It was super refreshing!
DO NOT GO HERE. Worst experience of my life. This Vet should be arrested for animal cruelty. I made a mistake by going here.
