Wonderful and knowledgeable staff.
I am absolutely impressed with this clinic! From them staying open an hour later than business hours, trying to find an answer for my dog's illness, to the bedside manner. Dr. Cooper and the tech (Katie??) were excellent the moment I walked in the door. I took my dog there for a second opinion and they addressed matters another vet overlooked and had such caring attitudes. I have only found care like this in Auburn, and I will continue to come here from now on. I highly recommend anyone to take their pets here.
Best vet in Nashville hands down.
Great place to take your pets first come first served friendly staff and best prices in town saved my dogs life and saved me lots of money will not take her anywhere else due to the cate and honesty i receive.
Even though they are the ONLY vets in Davidson County who will refuse to declaw a cat, I will probably never go here again. Maybe they were having an off day, but everything that happened added together proved to be a nightmarish experience. I have cats, and when I walked in with one of my cats for our appointment the place stank highly of dogs. I mean really STANK, like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There were also dogs yelping and barking somewhere in the back, and no one seemingly to talk to them or comfort them. Then we were put into a room right next to the door leading to the lab. People passed through that door back and forth almost every minute. And when the door closed it slammed very loudly. So, my cat already freaked out by the travel and the smell of dog, had to endure the slamming door every minute for twenty minutes. Not only this, but my cat was taken into the back (where the smell, slamming doors, and barking dogs were) and they tried to draw urine from him. The vet couldn't get any the "natural" way, so stuck a needle into his bladder. When he was brought back in, likely in pain, I was shown the syringe with bloody urine and told that he had a bladder infection. Without testing for anything else. The blood was most likely from being stuck by a needle! We were given medication that I later found out (by another vet) was intended for dogs . Additionally, the results of another test were not available for four days, but I was instructed to give him the medication anyway. REALLY? I came away from this experience with the notion that this clinic is just not organized nor competent, and scary to boot. Never. EVER. Again.
Such FANTASTIC vets (Dr. Herd rocks) and unbelievably affordable prices. They do so much work with local rescues, they really and truly suggest treatment options based on what's best for the animal AND what's most affordable (not what makes them more $$) which is pretty much unheard of nowadays. I could go on (& on & on).... Absolutely love them.
Love their work with Big fluffy rescue.
