Love it! Pasta is always good but the Meatballs are AMAZING!
I would not recommend eating here as Noodles & Co does not care about cleanliness. I have attached photos to show everything I mentioned.
Tables could be cleaner, bathroom was out of stuff, pricier than it should be, but I always enjoy my visit.
I stopped in for a quick bite. I told the man at the counter I was allergic to shellfish he nodded when I said I would need my dish in a separate pan. I saw the girl at the grill use a common pan to cook my food. After this I left without a refund. I have a severe reaction to shrimp and I could not trust them to handle the food carefully. The restaurant smelled unpleasantly of fish.
Place was disgusting. The outside tables were nasty. There was food left on tables and I watched as the workers cleaned up but never once whipped down a table. The area where the utensils were was disgusting. I felt uneasy as I ate my food and definitely will not be back at this place. I even watched as customers moved dirty dishes to different tables so they could sit down.
There are too many other good restaurants in Green Hills to allow for type of sloppy, inattentive service.
Myself and two coworkers went for lunch one day. Besides the music blaring enough to be heard in the parking lot, all of our food arrived in intervals...I'm talking 5-8 minutes apart. The restaurant only had about 3 other tables working (warning sign at a peak lunch hour!) At the end of our meal, the manager came over saying he would credit back our meal. Just got my credit card statement...he lied - the credit is not on there.
Best place to eat noodles!! Love it employees are very friendly and store was clean. Under new management a lot of things have changed! Amazing place to take family and friends and they do catering!
