Lots of good salsas to choose from. Burrito was big and flavorful.
Save your money and get lunch elsewhere, too many other good options (Looking at you Chipotle) to waste your time and money here.
My wife and I were at the mall today. I saw Moe's and had never been to one so I thought I would try it. We ordered chicken tacos. At the register we were told about the salsa bar. We paid for our order and got our drinks. I walked by the salsa bar and it was filthy, spilled salsa everywhere and the containers looked like they had been sitting there almost empty for a while not very appealing. We sat down and tried our tacos, the chicken tasted off and had a very bland flavor. All of the ingredients including the chicken were room temperature yuck! The tortilla had been put in the warmer for about a couple seconds was not warmed. While I sitting at the table an employee came to clean the table right next to me. The cleaning solution was sprayed so close to me the smell was very strong. We told the manager how unhappy we were with the food and he did refund our money. Judging from recent reviews we were not the only unhappy customers. My first visit to Moe's did not leave a good impression.
Our first experience at Moe's will be our last! The employees were not friendly and we could tell they acted like they did not want to be there. The tables were only about 1/3 full but all others were not cleaned off. They were out of salsa in the self-service area and we had to ask two employees before someone slowly sauntered out to fill them up. There was no garbage container in the cabinet where we were supposed to throw our own refuse away. I know it's probably hard to find good help but they need shift managers to address issues such as these! The food was okay but the service and lack of cleanliness ruined our first impression. Sad but true.
I love Moe's, but this one oh nooo. It's dirty and they have an bad attitude, (at least on us) I will post some pictures of the place that you can see.
Pathetic... dirty floors, dirty tables, tasteless food, sloppy presentation, careless attitude from staff. Our dishes were slopped together in a big mess.
