We love Mexican Food and miss the attention to detail every since we left Texas. This place surpassing all I have eaten at in Tennessee and many other states. You will be very hard pressed to find better quality and service with a friendly smile. No obnious and annoying workers. I was very, very impressed. It is #1 on my list. The downtown location is the best of the of Chuy's. My friends and co-workers agree. OVERALL: EXCELLENT
Food was great, but service was horrible. Hostess was just hanging out up front, did not look like she was working. Sat us down and did not say anything else and walked away. Server took a while to come table. No silverware or napkins with our chips. Food wqs delicious and that did come fast, but server never came to check on us. Was planning on multiple drinks but just had one and left. Manager needs to keep an eye on employees and maybe have better training.
Great margaritas and tasty food. Beer in bottles. Didn't see any on tap. I definitely recommend this place. It was very festive and lively and the wait staff were very friendly and kept the mood very fun!
Great food and awesome atmosphere. They also have free taco bar nights which are amazing. Margaritas are tasty and somewhat strong, which I like. Service is the only lacking area. It can be hit or miss. But otherwise, a good spot for groups.
Met some friends here after work. Bonus points for valet parking. There's never parking downtown. This restaurant has a very Lively upbeat atmosphere that just screams drink margaritas! Something delicious for everyone on the menu. Some of my friends had meat others did not and it all look like tasty deliciousness. Trendy young servers that are willing to help. Great place for friends drinks and laughter
