Our server was a young gentleman. Very attentive. Took our order & remembered everything. Our food was delivered in a very timely manner & hot. Very nice people. Great little gift shop.
Hostess seated us in a corner booth. We sat for over 10 minutes watching someone who came in after us get waited on. Waitresses walked by looking at us but no one even acknowledged us. They were not busy at all. We called from our booth and still no one came over. Asked to speak to a manager and realized he was one of the workers who walked past us. Finally left, after telling the manager what happened and he blamed it on the hostess, and all he could say was "sorry". Horrible service!
Great food! They have really good food and alot of options on food as well. You don't have to wait that long so that's even better. They're very nice and friendly! No issues here!!! Completely amazing place to eat and talk with family or friends!! I definitely give it more than 5 stars ✨
WORST restaurant ever. We were seated right away, but that was the only acknowledgment of our presence we received. We were seated in the corner in the back in "no mans" land. Several staff, including the hostess who seated us and the manager walked by and looked at us, but never came to get our order. I finally called them on my cell phone from our booth to get their attention. I asked if they were busy and the lady on the phone said yes, but when I looked around there were only ten tables. After 20 minutes we left. Before leaving I asked to speak with a manager. All he could say (while grinning, like the situation was funny) is "the hostess made a mistake" "I'm sorry". I'm sorry too, sorry I stopped in.
This place rocks! Great service and great food. I was looking for a place that wasn't high price but wasn't McDonalds. This is it. Everything came out fast and came out hot. Warm atmosphere. And working here in the area for a month and I'll definitely be back!
