After an airline fiasco we ended up not using our week long pass that we had prepaid for. Upon explaining this to the attendant she gave me her manager's information. To make a long story short they refunded our pass completely. I will be using PNF anytime I need to leave my car from now on. A+ customer service!
I won't fly without using this company. It takes the stress of getting to the airport away entirely and is very reasonably priced.
We were very pleased with our self park experience with Park 'N Fly Nashville. The shuttle drivers were cheerful and helped out with loading and unloading all of our luggage. Upon our arrival from our return flight, we were picked up within just a few minutes. We picked up our car and checked out without any issues. We'll definitely be using Park 'N Fly again for our next trip!
This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had with this company. I used then several times in the past and was pleased. This will be my last time ever. It started with the airport pick up. The driver stood there while we all loaded our bags. There were several elderly ladies that were struggling to lift their bags. My Son in Law helped them. When we arrived back at the location the driver again got off of the bus and watched as we all got our bags. Then after we get off he says I could have got that. He then stood around expecting a tip. I get to my car, the trunk wS not open nor were the keys in the car as they have always been before. I go over to the window and the clerk says you owe 21.84. I said I paid online she said it is for the car wash. I told her I did not request a car wash. She told me “ you signed for it” I told her that was not my signature. It was not even my name. She asked for I D. I showed her my I D and she told me she did not know what my signature looked like and she would have to call her manager. While she was doing that I went over and ran my hand across the door of my car and my hand was black with dirt, my car is white. I held my hand up and said does this look like this car was washed? The bus driver was standing there and we said you can see this has not been washed. His response was” I am not in this”. I don’t see anything. Apparently whoever she called told her just let me go. After wasting all this time, I asked for her manager’s name so I could call them myself. She said James. I said what is the last name. Her response was I don’t know. Another employee that was in the booth with her, looked in his phone and gave me the name. There was no apology nothing. They acted like it was my fault. I also took a picture of the signature on the receipt. I now see that car was picked up on Friday night at 10 PM. My car was picked up on Saturday at 8. I have always wondered if my car was in fact kept inside as I pay the premium price for that service. As dirty as my car was when I picked it up. I can tell you it was not. I will never use this company again and I will also make sure to spread the word to everyone that I know.
Great service to start, but then when I was an hour over (yeah, left on Friday night but got back an hour later on Sunday, as flights go) I was charged a whole extra day. Terrible. Won't do that again. Wish I hadn't tipped so much now. The "wash" for my car didn't even clean it.
